Gelpacks
Gel packs are widely used for conditioned transport of patient materials or medicines in cases, bags and EPS boxes. Gelpacks can be used flexibly and therefore fit into almost any means of transport.
What are gel packs?
Gel packs are bags filled with a polymer-based cooling gel. The polythene bags are leakproof and are commonly used for conditioned transport of goods. This makes it an excellent tool in the medical sector for transporting medicines or biological substances.
Different types of gel packs
At DaklaPack, you can choose from a wide range of gel packs. Thus, different sizes and volumes can be found in the webshop.
- The standard gel packs are available in 100, 250 and 500 grams. You can also choose a double gel pack of 2x 200 grams or 2x 325 grams. They are filled with Super Absorbent Polymer. Use according to the P650 packaging guideline.
- The blue gel packs comply with P650 guidelines and are approved for both air and road transport. The blue gel pack is available in two sizes: 200g and 600g.
