Types of envelopes

DaklaPack has a wide range of envelopes. Besides our range of 'standard envelopes', we also offer several categories of special envelopes.

Packing list envelopes

A packing list envelope is a large envelope that serves as a kind of sleeve in which you can send documents. Alternative names for packing list envelopes are therefore mailing list sleeves or mailing covers. There is an adhesive edge on the front of the packing list envelope. This ensures that your documents will not fall out during transport. DaklaPack's packing list envelopes offer maximum protection while sending waybills, packing lists, invoices, warranty certificates and instructions. They have strong self-adhesive properties for perfect permanent adhesion to any surface. 

Protective envelopes

The protective envelopes from DaklaPack consist of 4 different layers of paper, ensuring that your products remain protected when you mail the envelopes. Not only the envelope but also the lining on the inside consists of 100% recycled paper. The protective envelopes are therefore fully recyclable or compostable. The envelope is fitted with a single self-adhesive closing strip and a security fastener which makes it easy to seal the envelope securely and send it immediately.

Mourning envelopes

Do you work as a funeral director? Then you like to take the sending of the funeral cards out of the hands of the bereaved. For this shipment, you should use special condolence envelopes so that the postal services can send the cards carefully and urgently. At DaklaPack, we offer the mourning envelope in two different sizes.

Embroidered envelopes

The board spine envelope combines two paper types. On one side 120-gram quality paper and on the other side 450-gram quality cardboard. Rigid mailers are designed to send documents without creasing. They are white envelopes reinforced with the 450-gram cardboard back. Because of this cardboard back, the contents of the envelope are not unnecessarily bent during transport. The envelopes are available in different sizes from A5 (smallest) to 260 x 370 mm.

Sample bags envelopes

A sample bag is also known as a side-fold envelope or an envelope with a fold-out bottom. Due to the bottom of the sample bag envelopes they have more space than an ordinary envelope. This makes sample bag envelopes suitable for sending thicker files, documents and brochures. But it also makes them suitable for sending samples, jewellery, clothes etc. 

The sample bag envelopes are delivered flat. You simply unfold them yourself to a maximum thickness of 35 mm. Thus, these sample bag envelopes can also be sent filled by normal post and fit through the letterbox.
